The Leader as Champion
Program description: The Leader as Champion Program continues the development of personal behavior and commitment in becoming role models, guardians, and stewards of the Brand Ambassador Program. The workshop enables participants to take an honest look at themselves. It celebrates their strengths, helps them face their new challenges and guides them to overcome personal barriers.
The program develops leaders to become Trusted Advisors. In addition, participants learn facilitation skills that enable managers to conduct ongoing Brand Ambassador Education within their organization.
The Leader as Coach
Program description: The Leader as Coach trains managers to become coaches for their employees. Using the Active Communicating® coaching methodology, managers are able to unlock the power within their employees.
Through this program, managers emerge as true leaders who learn the coaching skills to bring out the full potential of their employees while reinforcing the Brand Ambassador movement throughout their corporation.
The Leader as Coach is a workshop where participants are introduced to the theory and practice of the skills required to be an effective coach.
